40E SERIES
Codeline 40E series has 4” diameter pressure vessel housings with end entry for commercial and industrial RO applications. Available in 300 PSI, 600 PSI, and 1000 PSI models, they are made of durable epoxy/glass composite and fit any standard 4” membrane element.

- Non-coded vessel models with single-piece end plug made from superior quality thermoplastic material.
- Higher pressure rated model for seawater applications accommodates a maximum of seven membrane elements and can be ASME code stamped.
- Improved head sealing: Integrated groove in the end plug /sealing plate provides better sealing and avoids head seal roll.
- Integrally formed locking groove: enhanced end-margin strength for better performance.
- Quick lock head retention system for quick access to membranes
- Exteriors coated with high gloss polyurethane paint for UV resistance

- More accurate head seal area is formed by mandrel surface
- Codeline 40E30N and 40E60 models are CE certified
- Codeline 40E100 is ASME code compliant and CE certified
