TORAY MBR
MBR (Membrane Bioreactor) process is a combination of biological wastewater treatment and filtration. Biodegradable pollutants are reduced using bacteria and microorganisms. Following biological treatment, activated sludge is separated from the treated water by Toray’s PVDF flatsheet membrane with a nominal pore size of 0.08 microns densely distributed along the membrane surface. NHP(A) series improves membrane packing density against TMR140 series by Toray’s unique element fabrication technology, then that leads 50 percent increase in capacity at the same footprint and lower air scour requirement of rigid plate MBR models.
NHP210 Series
The NHP series incorporates thin membrane sheets for improved flexibility,
allowing for more space between the flat sheets.
NHPA Series
The NHPA series incorporates thin membrane sheets for improved
flexibility, same as current NHP series, allowing more membrane area per
footprint.
Spare Parts
Toray recommends you to replace spare parts periodically in order to provide you excellent permeate water at all time. Below shown are the most common spare parts available from Toray.
